The Allora Network is blockchain-based collective intelligence. It’s a complex, interconnected system that mirrors how knowledge and creativity converge to create something new. When tasked with designing their logo, we knew it needed to encapsulate that collective intelligence.
The logo is a balance between complexity and cohesion. The central mark represents the inner workings— converging ideas and expertise—while the surrounding circle captures the network’s ability to hold and support everything.
The Allora team, led by their visionary CEO, wanted an artifact that could take this essence beyond the digital and into the tangible. Enter the Allora necklace.
The idea was simple yet sophisticated: turn the logo into a one-of-a-kind, diamond-encrusted piece of jewelry. We called in Yarden Katz, a jeweler in downtown LA with a gift for creating stylish jewelry.
The result? A necklace that blends subtlety with statement. White diamonds form the outer circle, and black diamonds punctuate the inner elements. The contrast between the two creates a tactile depth.
The piece is a study in balance, much like the organization it represents. It’s a conversation piece that doesn’t have to scream for attention but pulls you in with its intricacy and symbolism.
There’s always the risk of something like this becoming overly ostentatious when diamonds are involved. Yarden’s ability to keep it grounded while still making it luxurious was precisely what we were looking for. I love it when art, design, and meaning converge.
An Italian adventure.
