After some routine tasks this morning, I embarked on a 'design snack' - a term I use for small, creative projects that invigorate my design process. These design snacks are like treats for the mind, unbounded by the usual constraints of work.
The idea is simple yet powerful: Step away from your regular tasks and indulge in a creative activity entirely different from your usual work. This approach has been incredibly refreshing and beneficial throughout my career.
I encourage others in creative fields to try this. It's like going to a store and trying on something you might never buy. It's about exploring creativity freely, without the pressure of practicality or purpose. This method has refreshed my mind and enhanced my creativity in unexpected ways.
